Ken and Beverly Small
RLM Directors

Ken and Bev Small have been partnering with Dr Hatchett and Maru in medical outreach work since 1972. Ken took dental training in Mexico and Bev finished her dental assisting training in San Diego. Both Ken and Dr Hatchett started Real Life Ministries in 1972. Ken administers the activities of Real Life Ministries under the direction of the Board of Directors.

Dennis and Debbie Hollenbeck
Site Director, Ensenada

Dennis and Debbie Hollenbeck are the site directors for the Youth Center in Ensenada.

They direct youth and adult teams that come to build houses for needy Christian families and reach children with the Gospel through Bible Club.

Dr. Hazel and Maru Hatchett
Medial Director

Dr Hazael Hatchett is medical director of Clinica Filadelfia 2. Dr Hatchett speciallity is in surgery and is one of the foremost surgeons in Mexico.

Gustavo Altamarano
Hospital Administrator

Gustavo Altimatino is the administrator of Clinica Filadelfia 2 in Tijuana.

Gustavo helps in all areas of the clinic and with the visiting youth teams that come to help with the many building projects.

Tim and Lorie De Jong
Adult Group Leaders

Tim and Lorie De Jong arrange and lead adult groups that assist missionaries with their building projects in different parts of the world.

Stephen Roughton
Children's Director

Stephen Roughton directs the ministry outreach for children. He conducts children's Bible classes, children's camps and patient visitation in the clinic.
