Leroy Blair and Ruth Blair serve together in ministry with the motto of Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, believing that true life is found in Christ as one perseveres in loving Him. They minister to those facing real-life challenges, offering hope and support through their shared passion for the Lord.
LEROY BLAIR
Founder​
He was born on February 6th in Brooklyn, New York and became a devoted Christian in his early teens. His passion for serving the Lord led him to work as a Youth Leader and Childcare worker in the Children's Department at Evergreen Baptist Church in Brooklyn from 2007 to 2012 and 2016 to 2017. He also served as the Music and Education Director and Wyld Life Director at Grace Baptist Church of Syracuse from 2017 to 2019, as well as an interim pastor at Killawog Baptist Church. He currently serves as a Ministry Staff and Ministry Coordinator of CEF at Syracuse Alliance Church. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries from Davis College, NY and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at NYAK. He has been mentored by various people throughout his life but is currently mentored by Pastor Tony Jones. He possesses spiritual gifts in administration, leadership, mentoring, and excels in planning.

RUTH BLAIR
President
She was born on August 18th in Bangalore, India and grew up in a God-fearing family with strict army discipline. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at the age of 9 and has been volunteering in church ever since, with a passion for the Lord and His work. She has been involved in various ministries such as children's Sunday school, choir, worship team, youth leadership, outreach, and CEF ministry in India. She is skilled in administration, computer skills, and speaks five different Indian languages. Her spiritual gifts include discernment, prophecy, and encouragement. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Psychology, and Computer Science from India, and another degree in Christian Ministries with electives in music and worship leading from Davis College. Her spiritual mentors include Pastor Salomi Yeshwanth, Mrs. Tirzhal Dorey, Jaya Paul, and Minerva Stull. She has served as a youth leader, nursery director, worship team member, women's minister, and CEF club director in Syracuse, NY.Leroy and Ruth Blair have made Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 their guiding motto as they serve together in ministry to those facing real-life challenges. They believe that one's true life is found in Christ as we die to self and persevere in loving Him no matter what obstacles arise.
