Leroy Blair and Ruth Blair serve together in ministry with the motto of Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, believing that true life is found in Christ as one perseveres in loving Him. They minister to those facing real-life challenges, offering hope and support through their shared passion for the Lord.
LEROY BLAIR
Founder​
He is a man from Brooklyn, New York, who was raised among people from many different backgrounds and became a devoted Christian in his early teens. His passion for serving the Lord led him to work in various roles within the church body, including Youth Leader, Childcare Worker, Music & Education Director, and interim pastor at a country church in New York. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries with electives in counseling from Davis College, NY, and has been mentored by various pastors and ministers throughout his life. He possesses spiritual gifts in administration, leadership, and mentoring, and excels in planning. Throughout the different phases of his life, despite the challenges, he answered God's call to serve nations, meet people where they are, minister to them, and lead them to everlasting life. With great passion and burden, he founded RL Ministries (Real Life) to fulfill God's plan and purpose in his life. He believes that true life is found in Christ as we die to self and persevere in loving Christ, no matter what obstacles arise. Hence, he uses his skills, talents, and abilities from Christ to give his best in serving God and His people.

RUTH BLAIR
President
With great passion and vibrancy for Christ, she answered God's call for His ministry with a resounding yes. An Indian woman who grew up in a God-fearing family, she realized at a young age that she was called to serve nations. Her response to the Lord marked the beginning of her ministry journey, as she began volunteering in church with a deep passion for the Lord and His work. She has been involved in various ministries in both India and the USA, including roles as a children's Sunday school teacher, choir singer, worship team member, youth leader, outreach minister, nursery director, young adult director, women's minister, and co-pastor, to name a few. Her spiritual gifts include discernment, leadership, and encouragement. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Psychology, and Computer Science from India, and another degree in Christian Ministries with electives in music and worship leading from Davis College, New York. To fulfill her calling at this phase of life, she co-founded and leads this ministry to reach people. She believes that life impacts us all differently, so we must be there for one another to bear burdens, show love, and empower others to produce fruit. Hence, she uses her skills, talents, and abilities from Christ to give her best in serving God and His people.
